Madonna brought out Kylie Minogue for a surprise performance of ‘Love Sensation’ at WorldPride Amsterdam – watch footage below.
It went down at the latest of Madonna’s ‘Club Confessions’ album launch shows at the AFAS Live venue last night (August 1), with the Queen of Pop playing for approximately 30 minutes after sets from Honey Dijon and Bebe Rexha.
As ‘Love Sensation’ began, Minogue emerged in a metallic purple outfit and joined Madonna to sing the track from the recently released ‘Confessions II’.
The Australian singer stayed on stage as Madonna closed out the set with ‘Sorry’ and ‘Hung Up’, both from 2005’s original ‘Confessions On A Dance Floor’ album.

Kylie also shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse on her Instagram, writing: “Thank you everyone at Club Confessions World Pride Amsterdam”.
It is only the second time the two pop icons have appeared on stage together, following on from Minogue’s appearance with Madonna at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles as part of Madge’s ‘Celebration’ tour in March 2024.
The team-up also coincided with International Women’s Day and they performed Gloria Gaynor’s ‘I Will Survive’ and an a cappella version of ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’.
There had been speculation that Kylie would appear on ‘Confessions II’, which intensified when Madonna refused to give a direct answer when asked about the possibility in her interview on The Graham Norton Show. “Why do you have to know everything?” she quipped. “It’s my job to be mysterious.”
‘Confessions II’ was released last month and reunited Madonna with producer Stuart Price, with whom she also made ‘Confessions On A Dance Floor’.
In a four-star review, NME wrote: “By drawing from her past, both personally and musically, Madonna has made her most vital album in over two decades. This grande dame still knows how to make us move.”
Minogue’s WorldPride appearance came just two days after she reunited with Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds for ‘Where The Wild Roses Grow’ during the band’s huge homecoming concert in Brighton.
As for Madonna, she performed at the first-ever FIFA World Cup Final halftime show, and later denied that she watched that match from Donald Trump’s suite.
