FuboTV reached 5.75 million total subscribers during the third quarter, an increase from 5.63 million customers in the year-ago period and 5.73 million subscribers in the most recent second quarter, it was announced on Wednesday.

The overall subscriber base now represents customers for Fubo‘s live TV streaming services, including Fubo and Hulu + Live TV, after closing a merger deal with Disney. With CEO Alisa Bowen now in the post following the completion of the Disney transaction, Fubo posted overall revenue at $1.48 billion, against $1.07 billion in the third quarter of 2025.

With the reveal of its latest financial results partly on a pro forma basis after closing Disney’s Hulu merger, the pro forma revenue came to $1.48 billion during the latest quarter. After streaming the recent World Cup soccer tournament, Fubo trimmed its net loss to $25.7 million, against a year-earlier net loss at $38 million. On a pro forma basis, the third quarter net loss rose to $72 million.

The adjusted EBITDA at $19.1 million compared to pro forma adjusted EBITDA of $31 million in the year-ago third quarter. Fubo said it had 5.75 million North American subscribers after the latest quarter, compared to 5.63 million in the second quarter of 2025.

“Our third quarter performance demonstrated strong subscriber acquisition, underpinned by our unparalleled ability to provide a compelling viewing experience to fans during high-profile sports events like the NBA Finals and the FIFA World Cup 2026 with flexible programming packages and innovative user experiences,” CEO Bowen said in a statement.

“As we look to build on this momentum, my focus is on accelerating the growth of FuboTV, by refining and expanding our packaging options, broadening our distribution and investing in user experience innovation that enhances flexibility, choice and value for the consumer,” Bowen, who left as president of Disney+ to succeed David Gandler and take the top Fubo post, added.
