But this expires after today, August 6, so you'll need to move fast to claim the reward!
With several of 2026's high-profile releases now available to buy, reaching the spending threshold isn't that particularly difficult either.
Notable recent releases include: Assassin's Creed Black Flag (£43.99), Halo: Combat Evolved Campaign (£44.99), 007 First Light (£48.99), and LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight (£44.99), which can easily be mixed and matched to unlock one of the rewards.
In addition, Grand Theft Auto 6 is already shaping up to be one of the biggest game launches of the generation, and anyone planning to preorder a "boxed copy" in the UK, this is a handy way to receive a little extra alongside your order.
Note: I'll leave my top picks for the rewards just below, but you'll need to navigate to them via VoucherCodes before completing your purchase to ensure your gift card bonus reward is valid.
That's priced at £67.99, and you can still get the £10 reward when you complete your order. While it's £10 to spend again at Argos, it's still better than nothing! Especially if you were certain to buy GTA 6 anyway.
Two other big upcoming releases, Marvel's Wolverine (£62.99) and EA Sports FC 27 (£64.99), are also applicable to the deal. Plus, there's also the ongoing PlayStation Summer Game Sale, with plenty of PS5 games discounted that you can use towards the VoucherCodes reward as well.
I'll personally be jumping into Marvel's Spider-Man 2, which is currently down to £34.99, to check out Tom Holland's Brand New Day suit that's just been added to the game.
For anyone already planning to buy multiple PS5 games, it's a straightforward way to earn some credit towards a future purchase. Just don't expect an instant discount at checkout.

Here's how the rest of the promotion works.
Unlike a traditional discount, nothing is taken off your basket today. Instead, eligible shoppers receive an Argos gift card after their purchase has been tracked and validated by VoucherCodes.
Confirmation emails are expected between 45 and 150 days after a qualifying purchase, with the gift card then added to your VoucherCodes Gift Card Wallet.
There are a few important catches to be aware of before checking out. The purchase must be made online through the dedicated VoucherCodes offer page, after registering for a VoucherCodes VIP account and opting into marketing. Shopping directly through Argos, using the Argos app, or clicking away from VoucherCodes before completing your purchase will invalidate the reward.
The qualifying spend also excludes delivery charges, gift cards, and Buy Now Pay Later payment methods such as Klarna, Clearpay, PayPal, etc. Returning or cancelling any item from the order will, of course, also void eligibility.
