On Saturday, August 30, the inaugural edition of Olivia Rodrigo’s Lilith Fair-inspired music festival Daisy Chain Fields brought a boatload of generational female talent to Irvine, California. Rodrigo headlined the event and had plenty of surprises in store for the crowd, among them a performance of “Landslide” with Stevie Nicks. Watch it below.

After Rodrigo and Nicks stand together, the “Gold Dust Woman” singer spoke of the duo’s similarities. “She reminds me of me, when I was her age a hundred years ago,” Nicks told the crowd. “And I’m somewhat awestruck that she could do all this. Because it’s so hard, you have no idea, putting this together with all of these people. And she’s done it, with this grace.”

Nicks, who also performed a solo set at Daisy Chain Fields, wasn’t the only special guest to join Rodrigo onstage. The you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love singer reunited with Alanis Morissette, who appeared in the stead of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ Karen O, for a duet of “Ironic.” She also brought out Sarah McLachlan to sing “Building a Mystery” and “Angel” with her—they dedicated the latter to the late Dolly Parton.

The wider Daisy Chain Fields lineup featured Chappell Roan, Bikini Kill, Doechii, Mitski, the Breeders, Santigold, Quiet Light, Eli, and more. Net proceeds from ticket sales went to support nonprofit organizations dedicated to advancing and advocating for women and girls, including the Center for Reproductive Rights, Planned Parenthood, and Johns Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health. All told, the festival raised $20 million for the cause: $10 million through tickets, and another $10 million through a donation match from philanthropist Melinda Gates.
