Certification Further Solidifies Company as Employer of Choice in Healthcare Industry

ADDISON, Texas, Sept. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Solis Mammography, the nation’s largest independent provider of specialized breast health services, is pleased to announce that it has been recognized as a Great Place to Work Certified company for the fourth consecutive year. The certification acknowledges Solis Mammography’s ongoing commitment to creating a positive and supportive workplace environment that aligns with its company values.

Solis Mammography believes that a strong company culture is not only vital for its employees, but for its 1.7 million annual patients as well. By consistently providing team members with opportunities for growth, ongoing education, and community support, those same team members are able to continue delivering exceptional patient care at every Solis Mammography center across the country.

“To receive the Great Place to Work certification for the fourth year in a row is a remarkable achievement and a true testament to our team members who shape our company culture,” said Grant Davies, CEO of Solis Mammography. “Together, we create a workplace environment built on compassion, respect, integrity and trust, while continuing to advance our mission of early detection and saving lives.”

With compassionate care at its core, Solis Mammography prides itself on improving the lives of its employees. The Solis Peace Fund was established in 2020 to provide monetary support to team members in need through voluntary contributions from fellow employees. Since it was established, the Peace Fund has provided more than $100,000 to Solis employees facing financial hardship.

In addition to supporting its team members, Solis Mammography is on a mission to nurture the next generation of mammography technologists. Each year, the company selects recipients of the Solis Scholarship Fund which provides financial support toward tuition and fees for students in radiologic technologist degree programs who are interested in a mammography career. Since inception, the company has awarded five recipients.

The Great Place to Work Certification is earned through an independent analysis of the real-time feedback from employees, highlighting their experiences and perceptions of the company’s workplace practices. The certification also includes Solis Mammography’s affiliated brand, Washington Radiology, which operates in the DMV region. This 2025 recognition further solidifies Solis Mammography’s reputation as an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.
