The first episode airs starting on Tuesday, Aug. 4, with a start time of 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT, with new episodes of Hard Knocks: Training Camp With the Seattle Seahawks broadcasting every Tuesday until Sept. 1. There are five episodes in total this season.
