PS Plus in 2026 continues its mixed year with a somewhat stale list of games across the Essential, Extra, and Premium tiers. But will August be any better? Thankfully, we do know about one game coming to the service.
Here is the rundown of the month.
PS Plus August 2026 Games
The PS Plus August 2026 games confirmed so far are:
- Big Walk – PS5 (Essential)
- Dying Light 2: Stay Human – PS5, PS4 (Essential)
- Signalis – PS4 (Essential)
The PS Plus August 2026 games will be revealed on July 29, 2026, for the Essential tier and August 12, 2026, for the Extra and Premium tiers. These games will then be available from August 4, 2026 and August 18, 2026, respectively.
‘Big Walk’ – PS5
Big Walk is a cooperative multiplayer adventure about teamwork and talking. Set out with your friends through a wide-open world full of challenges, puzzles, and discoveries. You’ll need to work together to find your way around, stay in contact using an assortment of tools and toys, and figure out new ways to communicate when you suddenly find yourself speechless.
Adventuring aside, there’s plenty of time to just hang out. Sit and watch the sunset, or steal your friend’s binoculars and kick them into the ocean. Spending time with friends is the best part of a big walk.
‘Dying Light 2: Stay Human’ – PS5, PS4
It’s been 20 years since the events of the original game. The virus won, and humanity is slowly dying. You play as Aiden Caldwell, a wandering Pilgrim who delivers goods, brings news, and connects the few remaining survivor settlements in barren lands devastated by the zombie virus. However, your true goal is to find your little sister Mia, who you left behind as a kid to escape Dr. Waltz’s torturous experiments.
Haunted by the past, you eventually make the decision to confront it when you learn that Mia may still be alive in Villedor — the last city standing on Earth.
‘Signalis’ – PS4
Awaken from slumber and explore a surreal retrotech world as Elster, a technician Replika searching for her lost partner and her lost dreams. Discover terrifying secrets, challenging puzzles, and nightmarish creatures in a tense and melancholic experience of cosmic dread and classic psychological survival horror.
