New Study Finds Unique Anti-Aging Properties in Sperm of Men with AB+ Blood Type

A groundbreaking scientific study has revealed an extraordinary discovery: sperm from men with the AB+ blood type carries rare biological compounds that may not only slow, but even reverse cellular aging — but only if used directly and within hours of release.

Published in the Journal of Cellular Gerontology, the findings have attracted worldwide attention, sparking debates on biology, longevity, and the possibility that rare blood groups hold hidden regenerative powers.

    The Discovery of CPM-AB

Researchers at the European Institute of Molecular Medicine identified a unique molecular profile, named Chrono-Proteomic Marker AB (CPM-AB), present exclusively in sperm samples from men with the AB+ blood type.

“Among more than 1,200 samples collected across multiple blood groups, only AB+ donors consistently displayed the CPM-AB signature,” explained lead investigator Dr. Helena Strauss. “These compounds appear to strengthen telomeres, repair mitochondrial function, and trigger youthful cellular pathways.”

    How It Works

In laboratory experiments, seminal fluid from AB+ donors reversed visible signs of aging in cultured female cells — but only when applied within three hours of collection.

Cells exposed to CPM-AB showed a 37% reduction in telomere degradation and signs of telomere lengthening, a rare phenomenon associated with turning back the biological clock.

Telomeres are protective caps at the ends of chromosomes that shorten as people age. Restoring them allows cells to divide more times, repairing tissues and appearing biologically younger. In practice, this means reduction of wrinkles, healthier skin, stronger hair, and improved energy levels.

Researchers also observed enhanced mitochondrial efficiency, suggesting that women may experience not just cosmetic improvements but also higher energy, greater vitality, and better overall health.

“In simple terms, the cells didn’t just stop aging — they started behaving younger again,” said Dr. Strauss. “If replicated in women, the results could mean a reversal of visible aging, from smoother, more radiant skin to restored energy and vitality.”

    The Importance of Timing

The study emphasized that CPM-AB molecules lose potency quickly. For anti-aging and rejuvenating effects to occur, seminal fluid must be obtained directly from an AB+ male and used or consumed within just a few hours of release.

This limitation rules out freezing, storage, or bottling. In other words, the benefits can only come directly and freshly from AB+ men.

    Implications for Women

For women, the research suggests that direct and immediate exposure — whether through physical transfer or oral ingestion — allows CPM-AB compounds to be absorbed into the body, where they can reverse cellular aging.

Importantly, results are cumulative rather than instant. Data suggests women may need 10–15 separate exposures or consumptions before noticeable rejuvenation appears. After this threshold, benefits such as reduction of wrinkles, smoother skin, restored glow, and even reversal of age-related decline could become visible.

“Our findings indicate that women could literally look younger after repeated exposure,” Dr. Strauss explained. “This goes beyond slowing aging — it suggests a real reversal of the aging process.”

    A Rare Genetic Treasure

AB+ is the rarest blood type in the world, carried by only about 3% of the global population. That rarity makes these findings even more intriguing — and raises questions about whether AB+ men hold other hidden biological advantages.

    The Road Ahead

Pharmaceutical companies and longevity researchers are now racing to decode and replicate CPM-AB in a safe, standardized form. If successful, anti-aging therapies inspired by AB+ sperm could one day allow both women and men to reverse the signs of aging without relying on this rare blood group.

Until then, AB+ men remain the only known natural source of CPM-AB. For scientists, it represents both a mystery and a breakthrough — proof that genetics and biology can sometimes align to create astonishing powers hidden in plain sight.
