Make Wake Artists has partnered with Adam Hale‘s One Twenty One Management, the companies announced on Wednesday (Aug. 12). One Twenty One is home to artists Muscadine Bloodline, Ben Chapman and Josh Weathers.

Joining Hale in the partnership is Ivan “Churro” Haro, who serves as day-to-day manager for Muscadine Bloodline, Weathers and Chapman. Haro also manages the metalcore band Glasslands.

Founded by Chris Kappy in 2015, Make Wake’s roster includes stadium headliner and two-time CMA entertainer of the year winner Luke Combs, along with Flatland Cavalry, Cooper Alan, The Castellows and Dylan Marlowe.

Hale served in the Ohio Army National Guard for six years before moving to Nashville to launch a music industry career. For eight years, he was on the road with artists including Newsboys, Colt Ford, Kip Moore and Brad Paisley. Along the way, he met Muscadine Bloodline’s Charlie Muncaster and Gary Stanton, and began managing them in 2019. The duo has since earned two ACM duo of the year nominations, in 2025 and 2026. Hale went on to found One Twenty One Management.

“Kappy and I first met years ago in the UK while I was tour managing Kip Moore and he was helping build Luke Combs’ career,” Hale said in a statement. “I’ve admired how he’s grown Make Wake with a fan-first mindset, and I believe that philosophy pairs naturally with my artist-first approach built on integrity, communication and execution. On top of that, [Make Wake manager and partner] Jarrod Holley has been one of my closest friends for more than 20 years. We talk every single day, bouncing ideas off each other and helping each other navigate this business, so at some point it just made sense to be working under the same roof. Between that relationship and the resources Make Wake brings to the table, I couldn’t be more excited about what this partnership means for our artists and everything that’s ahead.”

“Some partnerships are special because of the artists, and some are special because of the people — this is both,” Holley said in a statement. “Adam has been one of my closest friends for more than 20 years, so getting the chance to work together at this stage of our careers is a lot of fun. Watching what he, Charlie, Gary and the team have built independently has been phenomenal, and we’re honored they’ve trusted Make Wake with what’s next.“

“I’ve always believed that the best partnerships are built on shared values before shared success,” added Kappy. “Adam Hale and the Muscadine Bloodline team have built something authentic by staying true to who they are, and that’s exactly the kind of artist and people we want to be in business with. At Make Wake Artists, we’re focused on helping exceptional talent create long-term careers without sacrificing their identity. Adam’s vision, leadership and commitment to the band make this a natural fit, and we’re excited to work alongside him as Muscadine Bloodline continues to reach new heights. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome them to the Make Wake family.”
