MEXICO CITY, July 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Genomma Lab Internacional, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: LABB) (“Genomma Lab” or “the Company”), one of the leading pharmaceutical and personal care product companies in Mexico with an expanding international reach, today announced it has entered into a long-term credit facility to refinance its existing financial liabilities.
As part of this refinancing, the Company secured a MXN 1.5 billion amortizing term loan with a 10-year maturity, replacing prior obligations with more favorable terms. Half of the facility has been drawn to date to retire existing debt, with the remaining balance expected to be disbursed during the rest of the third quarter to complete the refinancing
