Eva Alexandre introduces Resonant Path, a private business alignment game helping established service founders uncover the deeper structural misalignment behind businesses that look successful on the outside but leave their founders feeling increasingly exhausted, constrained, or unable to step away.

A Successful Business Can Still Become Too Heavy

Eva Alexandre, business architecture strategist and creator of Resonant Path, has announced a new approach to business clarity for established service based business owners who have built successful companies but now find themselves constrained by the very structures that created that success.

Her work is grounded in a simple observation: a business can have strong clients, revenue, reputation, and expertise while becoming increasingly dependent on the founder’s personal time and energy.

Eva describes the experience from her own decade as a market research consultant: “I built a market research consulting business that worked perfectly. Perfectly, until it started running me.”

The realization became the foundation for her Resonant Business Architecture Framework, a whole business diagnostic and redesign method intended for established consultants, particularly women who have reached a level of success but feel that their business has become heavier than it needs to be.

From Burnout to Business Architecture

Eva’s experience led her to reconsider the conventional advice given to established founders. Rather than treating exhaustion as a time management or productivity problem, she identified a structural issue.

“I had changed, and the architecture of my consultancy had not kept pace,” Eva said.

Her consultancy had evolved reactively around early clients, expanding scopes, urgent requests, overdelivery, and the expectations associated with an earlier stage of her career. As the business grew, those decisions became embedded in its operating structure.

That insight became Resonant Architecture, which examines seven interconnected dimensions of a service business: Vision, Avatar, Offer, Communication, Processes, Team, and Mindset. Each dimension builds upon the others, meaning that a shift in one area can affect how the rest of the business functions. The framework helps founders see these connections and address the underlying structure rather than treating each challenge as an isolated problem.

The approach combines Eva’s market research background with business and life coaching certifications and intuitive diagnostic work. Her methodology recognizes that as founders evolve, the structures they built earlier in their careers may no longer support how they want to work today. Because each part of a service business builds upon the others, misalignment in one dimension can surface as symptoms across multiple areas, from offers and client relationships to communication, processes, team dynamics, and the founder’s own experience of running the business.

A Whole Business View Instead of Another Isolated Fix

Eva’s approach differs from conventional business coaching and consulting that may focus on a single intervention, such as changing an offer, improving a sales funnel, hiring support, or introducing another productivity system.

Resonant Architecture instead asks whether those proposed solutions fit the broader business vision and structure while supporting further business growth.

“When all seven dimensions of a service business are in resonance, it runs with clarity and intention. It grows without self sacrifice,” Eva said.

The framework considers how the founder sees her company and life moving forward, including her aspirations, values, priorities, and vision for the future. It then examines whether the business vision and structure support that direction. The objective is to identify and redesign the root causes of misalignment and friction within the business, rather than repeatedly addressing the symptoms.

Resonant Path Turns Business Diagnosis Into a Guided Experience

To make this work accessible before a longer advisory engagement, Eva created Resonant Path, a private 90 minute online business alignment board game.

The experience uses dice, cards, seven business realms, and live facilitation to help participants examine their business from a perspective that differs from a conventional strategy session.

Participants move through the game using dice, cards, and guided prompts designed to shift their perspective on the business. The dice introduce an element of interruption, while depth and clarity cards encourage exploration beyond the issue a founder initially believes needs attention. Eva facilitates the conversation, helping participants make connections between different aspects of their business and identify recurring patterns as they emerge.

“Most established business owners do not need more advice first. They need a different perspective to see what is actually happening,” Eva said.

The experience is designed to produce a focused next move rather than a generic list of recommendations. Participants receive session notes, a reflection summary, integration prompts, and a recording following the session.

“Most traditional strategy sessions say, ‘Here is what you should do next.’ Resonant Path asks, ‘What is your business trying to show you?’” Eva said.

A Different Starting Point for the Next Stage of Growth

For established consultants who already know something needs to change but are uncertain where to begin, Resonant Path provides a standalone diagnostic experience. It can also serve as an entry point for deeper business redesign when the session reveals structural issues requiring broader intervention.

Eva describes the philosophy behind the experience simply: “Sometimes clarity does not come from thinking harder. It comes from playing a different game.”

The broader objective is not growth at any cost. It is the intentional redesign of a mature service business so that the structure reflects the founder’s current capabilities, priorities, clients, and desired way of working and living life.

“Your service business should be built to support your life, not consume it,” Eva said.
