E Tech Group announces the immediate renaming of JSat Automation to E Tech Group, following its strategic acquisition on May 28, 2025.
WEST CHESTER, Ohio, Sept. 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — E Tech Group, a leading provider of industrial automation and systems integration and 2025 System Integrator of the Year, today announced that the brand formerly known as JSat Automation has been renamed E Tech Group. E Tech Group’s acquisition of JSat Automation was finalized on May 28, 2025.
JSat Automation becomes E Tech Group
Effective immediately, the company formerly known as JSat Automation will operate under the name E Tech Group, unifying the two entities under a singular market-leading brand. All existing commitments to clients and partners remain unchanged following the transition. The acquisition expands E Tech Group’s global footprint to incorporate an additional 10 locations across the United States, Costa Rica, India, Netherlands, Romania, Singapore, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
