Alan Bersten knows it takes two to tango—and perform other activities.
That’s why the Dancing With the Stars pro had a cheeky response when he was asked about his “favorite thing to do” with girlfriend and costar Emma Slater.
“Well,” Bersten replied with a grin during an interview with Pause Rewind published on Aug. 4, “can’t say that!”
Quickstepping away from the apparent NSFW answer, the 32-year-old continued, “Honestly, dancing with Emma is just unbelievable.”
“We’re so lucky,” he added. “You get to do what you love with the person you love.”
Bersten and Slater, 37, first sparked romance rumors in late 2024, before the couple went public with their romance in April 2025 by sharing a passionate kiss onstage during a DWTS live tour.
But, according to Bersten, it did take some time to make the big leap from friends to lovers.
“It’s one of those things where you just look and you’re like, ‘Why haven’t we?'” he told E! News in June. “And then it’s just been so special.”
