It’s no secret that concert tickets are getting more expensive, but AXS is launching a limited-time deal cutting ticket prices in half for hundreds of concerts. The two-week promotion runs from Aug. 10 to Aug. 21, and is available in markets across the U.S. The promotion, dubbed AXS’ Birthday Bash, marks 15 years of the AEG-owned ticketing marketplace.

The AXS deal cuts 50% off the ticket’s original face value, prior to taxes and fees, and the half-off tickets are available until Aug. 21 or until they sell out. AXS’ promo lets you filter by state and city, and the deal includes music, sports, and comedy. However, there is no search function to find specific artists, so be prepared to shop around. No promo code is required to claim the deal.

Some of the acts we’ve spotted include Muna, who are in the middle of their Gets So Hot Tour, Vince Staples, who is touring in support of Cry Baby, and Teddy Swims, who is in the midst of a lengthy tour as he preps his next album.

Country fans can catch the Zac Brown Band, who are touring behind their 2025 album Love & Fear; breakout sensation the Red Clay Strays, who are touring in support of Grateful; and Tucker Wetmore, who is touring his debut studio album What Not To. There are plenty of indie acts you can catch as part of the promo, including Modest Mouse, LCD Soundsystem, Courtney Barnett, and Arlo Parks. Meanwhile, hard rock fans can catch Alter Bridge, Sleep, and Mastodon, and there are also R&B, pop, and classic rock acts included.

But there are a range of events on offer beyond concert tickets; you can also snag stubs to MLS and WNBA games, stand-up comedy, and even the circus. Tickets are available for events from this week through next year. The promo ends on Aug. 21, but it’s a good idea to act fast, as events are likely to sell out.
