AMSTERDAM :ASML will invest 1.3 billion euros ($1.5 billion) in French artificial intelligence startup Mistral AI, becoming its main shareholder with a stake of about 11 per cent, the Dutch chip equipment maker said on Tuesday, confirming a Reuters report from Sunday.
The company will also partner with Mistral AI to use AI models across its product portfolio and gain a seat on Mistral’s strategic committee, it said in a statement.
