Prime Big Deal Days 2026: What Apple gear will go on sale?
Outside of Black Friday, Amazon’s Prime Day sales are generally the best time to buy yourself some new gear. However, things will be a little more expensive this year. Apple hiked prices on Macs and iPads just as the last Prime Day was ending, so prices will be a lit higher than they were during the first sale. Here’s what we expect from each of Apple’s products:
M5 MacBook Air: The MacBook Air got a $200 price hike in June and now starts at $1,299. We’re already seeing price cuts of $100 but we’re hoping to see the first price drops to under $1,000 during the sale.
M5 MacBook Pro: The price on the base M5 MacBook Pro jumped $400 when Apple upped its price, from $1,599 to $1,999, but you can get one for $1,849 right now. We hope to see the price drop even further as Prime Day closes in.
MacBook Neo: Even before Apple raised its price to $699, the MacBook Neo was barely been on sale. Right now, you can get one for $690 at Amazon, but we’ll be on the lookout for $25 or $50 off during Prime Day.
iPad: The iPads haven’t been spared the price hike, with models now costing $100-$150 more. Even so, iPads have continued to get decent discounts and we’re expecting the same this Prime Day. The A16 iPad regularly drops to $399 ($50 off), while the M4 iPad Air occasionally has been $100 off. We’re hoping they go even lower for Prime Day.
Apple Watch: With the launch of the new Apple Watch 12 and the Ultra, Prime Big Deal Days could be a great chance to get a great deal on the older Series 11, and you can already score an Ultra 3 with Black Titanium Milanese Loop for $200 off. Elsewhere, we’re likely to see $50 or more off the Apple Watch SE 3, and we’re hoping for the first significant discounts on the Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4.
