— Master coach and corporate trainer Ihab Badawi has launched a new business-to-consumer offering under his own name, a first in a career of about 25 years spent in corporate and entrepreneurship spanning 58 countries around the globe.

After departing from the corporate world, Badawi built a business focused on human capital optimization, supporting leadership development within the corporate world, thus working with major banking institutions, pharma, oil & gas, telecom, and global consulting firms. He also crafted specialized certification programs that support individuals in their growth journey through accredited certification programs in coaching, training, consulting, mentoring, and public speaking. Major institutions knew his work, and many individuals became entrepreneurs because of his programs. Now, Ihab wants to dedicate his time to supporting more executives who are suffering from the 9-5, who aim to gain more freedom and, above all, to become entrepreneurs, to transform, launch, and scale, by sharing his experience, successes, and failures so they can FastTrack their success.
At the center of the launch is a program that combines accredited certification with one-to-one mentoring for professionals preparing to move from employment into independent practice as coaches, trainers, or consultants. Most people stop at the standalone certification courses or at the credential. This new program includes many phases that continue after certification to cover mentoring on strategic planning, business setup, personal branding, positioning, launching, landing the first set of clients, and scaling.
Badawi has run corporate training and certification through his academy since 2016, accredited by international bodies that allow him to issue recognized credentials. The certification stays at the core of the new offer. He says, the addition is the major piece & ingredient that most newly certified coaches, mentors, trainers, and consultants lack; “the direct guidance on turning a credential into income.”
Those who take part in the new program will work closely with Ihab to craft a successful entrepreneurial business. Ihab will transform them into Service-Based Entrepreneurs.
The launch comes ahead of Badawi’s second book, now in pre-publication after the design was signed off on in June 2026. Ihab has already published his first book, The Rise of the Transcendence Leader Coach, in 2024.
The rollout is phased, based on the success of his book and the programs launched consecutively since 2016. The Gulf region comes first, where Badawi built his professional reputation. Canada, where his new base is located in Vancouver, will follow within two to three months, along with Asian markets.
The sequence is the same one Badawi gives his own clients: prove the model in the strongest market before scaling it. “I want to ensure the first phase’s success before scaling,” he said.
