Logitech G has revealed a new range of gaming products set for release in New Zealand, following the Logitech G PLAY 2025 event in Madrid.

The Madrid event featured major product launches, as well as collaborations within the gaming industry, and provided an opportunity for gamers, creators, and partners to connect over the latest advances in gaming technology.

The showcase included launches in several product categories, including wireless headsets, gaming keyboards, mice, and simulation equipment. All products announced at the Madrid event will become available in New Zealand from 16 October 2025.

    Product highlights

The new products announced for New Zealand include the Logitech G321 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Headset, priced at NZD $149.95, which offers a lightweight design, immersive sound, and a flip-to-mute microphone. The Logitech G515 RAPID TKL Low-Profile Analog Gaming Keyboard will be available at NZD $345.95 and features magnetic analog switches, RAPID TRIGGER capability, and MULTI-POINT ACTION for responsive gameplay.

Also launching is the ASTRO A20 X LIGHTSPEED Wireless Headset with PLAYSYNC Audio for NZD $399.95, supporting seamless cross-platform switching and broadcast-quality sound. The PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2c LIGHTSPEED Gaming Mouse, weighing 51 grams with HERO 2 precision and LIGHTFORCE hybrid switches, enters the market at NZD $349.95, offering a 95-hour battery life.

In simulation racing, Logitech G is bringing the RS50 System for NZD $1,399.95, a device equipped with a direct drive motor and TRUEFORCE feedback for realistic racing experiences, and the RS Pedals at NZD $329.95, which include load cell braking and pressure-sensitive pedals with a steel build aimed at professional-grade durability.

Another notable launch is the ASTRO A50 X LIGHTSPEED Wireless Headset & Base Station – McLaren Racing Edition, offered at NZD $799.95. This limited-edition version is inspired by McLaren Racing, featuring PRO-G GRAPHENE drivers and the team’s distinctive Papaya Orange colour.

    Industry presence

The Madrid event attracted over 80 gaming creators representing an online audience exceeding 120 million. Hosted at the Callao Cinema in Madrid, the occasion was designed to highlight gaming culture as well as the technological developments presented by Logitech G in its 2025 lineup.

Gaming creator TheGrefg reflected on the event, stating,

“Gaming is all about passion, energy, and unforgettable moments. Logitech G PLAY delivered exactly that – an exciting and immersive experience that showcases the future of play.”

Logitech G PLAY has previously taken place in Paris and Berlin, establishing itself as a recurring highlight in the annual gaming events calendar, and drawing attention to new product launches and industry partnerships.

    New Zealand rollout

To mark the introduction of the new products, Logitech G has organised Logitech G PLAY Days, which will run in partnership with PB Tech, Harvey Norman, and JB Hi-Fi until 2 October. The campaign will feature promotions, in-store activations, and competitions, aiming to give New Zealand gamers the opportunity to engage with the products before their official release.

Yalcin Yilmaz, Vice President of Logitech Europe & Asia Pacific Developed, commented on the event and the brand’s regional activities.

“At Logitech G PLAY, we not only unveiled what’s next in gaming, we celebrated the people who make it possible: our gamers, partners, and creators. This year’s event in Madrid showcased our ongoing commitment to pushing the boundaries of play.”

The full range of products is expected to become available across New Zealand retailers and online platforms from mid-October, with Logitech G PLAY Days aiming to offer early experiences to local gamers.
