Dietz joins the Watercrest family with decades of experience in healthcare, bringing expertise in hospitality, customer service, and client relations. She most recently served in the community relations role for a stand-alone memory care community where she developed strong bonds with her residents and family members, advocating for improving seniors’ quality of life and connectivity. Dietz is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and is trained in the Teepa Snow positive approach to care consultant certification, and the certification for dementia friends.
